Sketches, progress, and inspiration for project #2

 

Sketches and progress for paintings #1 and #2. I became very interested (almost obsessed) in this little window on the ceiling in the first floor of the FA building. It's an opening on the ceiling which i believe is for maintenance, but it's very strange because it looks pitch black inside. Then the other day a sink was out of order in the restroom and the janitor ladies put a bag over it but it fell down. I ended up taking a picture of this bag filled with dirty water because i thought it looked quite interesting. So overall, i'm doing an aftermath of a zombie apocalypse in UH's FA building.
